I was checking today Google Netherlands and noticed a different layout of it’s search results (Click on the image for bigger view)

As you can see, the main changes include the color of the results, the space between results and the color of the URL and sitelinks.

The other change that we noticed is the inclusion of the ‘more results from a domain name’. For example, check the result from wikipedia, you have the option to see more results from the same domain.

This might be one of the many tests that Google perform to improve it’s search results. Here is the copy of the same query on the current layout.
